Victoria is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in major mental health, mood and addiction. Implementing CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, etc. With a clinical background in behavioral health and treating co-occurring disorders, she has dedicated her career to helping those struggling to break negative thought patterns, habits and behaviors.
Adrian Rodriguez-Targa, LCSW
As a licensed clinical social worker, I utilize a combination of evidence-based, client-centered, and culturally sensitive interventions to help individuals process and address a wide range of challenges including, but not limited to mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, relational issues, personality disorders, and addiction while also taking into consideration how complex societal and environmental factors can play in these conditions. Some of the evidenced-based interventions utilized include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), trauma informed interventions, and strength-based approaches.
Recognizing and acknowledging that one is struggling with mental health and/or addiction can be difficult. My hope is that I can provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients every step of the way in their journey towards recovery.
Marcy Puklin, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 35 years of experience in a variety of settings. I have post master’s certificates in Marriage and Family therapy as well as Palliative and End of Life Care and Spirituality in social work. I have worked with all populations successfully. My work with clients is client centered and goal directed. My therapy style is eclectic. I integrate all different types of therapies, including but not limited to: CBT, DBT, Exposure, Mindfulness, Strategic, Solution-Focused, MI, psychodynamic, and person-centered. I provide intervention and/or coping skills and strategies for the development of self-efficacy and esteem. Kelby Sandoval, LMSW, MSW
My expertise and background focuses on adults with co-occurring disorders (substance use/mental health), Addiction, PTSD, Mood Disorders, Men’s Issues, Group therapy, Life management counseling, and Christian Counseling. Implementing CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing & Stage of Change (motivation to stop using), etc. I focus not only on the root causes of addiction or use, but also work with my clients to develop a foundation of change, recovery and new hopefulness for the future. My clients learn to live a life without the use of substances, and develop healthy coping skills, replacements and postive outlets.
With a clinical background treating co-occurring disorders, I have also dedicated my career to helping those struggling to break negative thought patterns, habits and behaviors. My focus area include depression, anxiety, and PTSD/Trauma. We will work through the greatest issues affecting personal life, tackle shame, ego and what these things mean to/for you.

Dr. Bullock is a nationally certified, licensed professional counselor, telemedicine provider, and Doctor of Psychology. With over 15 years of experience and practice, Dr. Bullock offers a wide range of expertise and specialties.
In addition to her work in the field, Dr. Bullock provides educational guidance and in field of best practices as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at HCC. Her skills and leadership are secondary to none and is highly recommended.

Alessia Gagnon, LPC
Alessia is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alessia has experience working in-home with families in crisis in addition to working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient environment conducting individual and family therapy.
Alessia believes in a client-centered approach fostering a safe, empathetic approach to meet clients where they are. Alessia strives to help client’s reframe and shift negative mindsets that disrupts overall functioning by identifying patterns, and choices that no longer serve them.

Mary Kate is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mary Kate has experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults in various settings such as 1:1 outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient groups, and family sessions. Mary Kate also has experience working with children and adolescents with and without IEP’s in a school based programs.

With a clinical background in residential care, outpatient and behavioral health treatment programs, she has devoted her career toward working with a wide range of mental health issues for the last 6 years. Jennifer is a board certified Registered Art Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, a Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional, and a Certified Sexual assault Counselor. Jennifer earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College and her Master's in Art Therapy from The College of New Rochelle. She has over 20 years of experience providing therapy to individuals suffering from mental health and substance abuse disorders. She specializes in relational issues, anxiety and depressive disorders, addictions, ADHD, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Jennifer's career as a psychotherapist has included multitude of both direct-care and leadership positions, both as a clinician and as an educator. She was an adjunct professor at Albertus Magnus College, where she taught graduate-level coursework on Art Therapy and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Additionally, she has been asked to guest lecture several times on Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at American Art Therapy Association's annual conferences. Jennifer's counseling style is relaxed, casual and inviting. She incorporates mutual respect, sensitivity, and compassion into her approach and is proficient in CBT, humanistic, and psychodynamic counseling theories.
Gina Robinson, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience treating children & adolescents. My expertise includes childhood anxieties, behavioral issues, Disruptive Defiance Disorders, Depressive Disorders, ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Explosive & Impulse Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, & Selective Mutism. I am internationally certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) & a trainer for Teacher Child Interaction Training (TCIT). I am also qualified to administer Autism spectrum screening. My therapies consist of integrated individual & family therapy, family systems, PCIT evidenced-based programs, etc.
I focus on the importance of underlying emotional effects of development, attachments, & bonding. I
impliment play, art, drama, & other interactive therapies. In addition to my expertise in children & adolescents, I also have a passion for working with adults. My clinical background also includes major mental health disorders; depression, anxiety and PTSD.
