Dr. Michele L. Bullock
Dr. Bullock is a nationally certified, licensed professional counselor, telemedicine provider, and Doctor of Psychology. With over 15 years of experience and practice, Dr. Bullock offers a wide range of expertise and specialties.
In addition to her work in the field, Dr. Bullock provides educational guidance and in-field best practices as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at HCC. Her skills and leadership are secondary to none and are highly recommended.

Alessia Gagnon
Alessia is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alessia has experience working in-home with families in crisis in addition to working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient environment conducting individual and family therapy.
Alessia believes in a client-centered approach fostering a safe, empathetic approach to meet clients where they are. Alessia strives to help client’s reframe and shift negative mindsets that disrupts overall functioning by identifying patterns, and choices that no longer serve them. Alessia encompasses a wide range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strength-based theory, Narrative Therapy, Systems theory, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to help clients achieve goals and implement positive changes.

Jessica is a licensed therapist and clinical social worker with 15 years of experience. Her approach in therapy is strength based, solution focused, insight oriented, collaborative in nature, and supportive. She has extensive experience working with individuals with substance use issues, anxiety and depression.
She works particularly well with young adults.

Selena understands and values the importance of providing clients with a safe space to express and process life's events and accompanying emotions. She uses a warm and friendly approach to help them to identify their strengths while empowering them as they work toward their goals. Recognizing that it can be challenging to open up to someone, Selena believes in building a strong therapeutic alliance and allowing clients to work at their own pace so that they can best balance life's changes and challenges. Selena has a diversified skill set that includes working with clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, substance use, mood disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, those identifying as LGBTQIA+, as well as individuals struggling with socioeconomic stressors such as unemployment, homelessness, and financial insecurity. Selena works to provide clients with a sense of hope and self-confidence as they bring the skills that they develop in therapy to support them in their daily lives.

Mary Kate Lepard
Mary Kate is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mary Kate specializes in anxiety, depression, communication/social skills, academic related issues, parenting skills, life transitions and adjustments. Mary Kate has experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults in various settings such as 1:1 outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient groups, and family sessions. Mary Kate also has experience working with children and adolescents with and without IEP’s in a school based programs. Mary Kate’s style is engaging, warm, and relaxed. Mary Kate’s therapeutic approach is to allow a space for her clients to feel respected, heard, and understood. Mary Kate is passionate about engaging with her clients, exploring their personalized goals, and helping them reach their unlocked potential. Mary Kate utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and elements of DBT, drama therapy, and play therapy into her approach with her clients.

Therapy can be a difficult journey, but Rich can promise you that he will be of great support. Challenging cognitions to holding individuals accountable, can be necessary in order to create change. Rich would like to aid you in uncovering the answers to the problems, and the changes, you’re searching for. All while enjoying the journey of growth. He hopes you are ready to rid yourself of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and abuse. To discover and redefine the meaning of life and what’s worth living for. He has helped individuals work through low self-esteem, strained relationships with others (I.e., family, friends, and romantic relationships), trauma, and improving social relationships. His therapeutic approach is person centered with a concentration in DBT and CBT. Over the course of 3 years, he's worked closely with Individuals with autism spectrum disorder, gaining knowledge in behavior management techniques. Grace is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, relationship issues, boundary setting, and stress management. She has experience working with a variety of ages providing individual, group, career counseling, and play therapy sessions in community and clinical settings. Grace invites & encourages clients to be their most authentic self while working collaboratively to develop an individually-centered treatment plan. Utilizing techniques rooted in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, narrative and feminist therapies the client will find themself more in-tune with their sense of self while growing to balance life’s difficulties. Knowing that it can be burdensome to seek out help, Grace prides herself in offering a non-judgemental atmosphere yet maintains a strength for challenging clients to recognize, evaluate, and improve issues impacting their lives.

Carolyn Robinson
As we navigate through life, there is beauty. At times, the beauty can be unseen due to the obstacles and challenges that rise. Carolyn wants to help you get to the root of those feelings, obstacles, challenges, stressors, uncertainty, conflictual relationships, doubts, and life transitions by providing you with a safe space, as we explore healing, confidence and empowerment. She believe that each person’s story is different, and their journey to wellness has an individualized path. The therapeutic relationship is major in having a successful treatment experience and it is a collaborative process to ensure that you are being seen, feeling validated and heard. Carolyn's approach is person- centered and solution- focused while providing compassion and emotional support as we explore different stressors, traumatic experiences, and generational trends. Her goal is to help you learn healthy coping skills to navigate through life as we work towards positive change, and you bloom into the best version of yourself. Carolyn has had the privilege to work in the mental health and behavioral health field amongst different age groups, cultural backgrounds and familial status assisting individual sessions, group sessions, and family sessions.

Michael Shilleh
Michael graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern
Connecticut State University. He is a Chi Sigma Iota member (national honor society), LPC-A,
and has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Lehigh University. Michael is proficient in
motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and has begun training in dialectical
behavioral therapy. Michael started his professional career in real estate, responsible for hiring, training, office management, and sales. In addition, Michael served as an executive recruiter for the financial service industry. As Michael progressed in his career, he saw an opportunity to impact the lives of those impacted by substance use and earned a certificate in chemical dependency. This led
to work in clinical settings in New York, both in outpatient and inpatient settings. Michael led
groups for both men and women of all ages and most recently held a two-year internship at
Causeway Collaborative before being hired full-time. Michael is an avid New York Sports fan and is passionate about health. He subscribes to the belief that as physical health improves, so does mental health. Michael applies this principle daily in both his personal and professional life. He and his wife have an 8-year old black lab, 4 month old chocolate lab and he and his wife are both avid dog lovers.
Michael brings an incredible amount of compassion and empathy to his work, forming
strong connections with his clients. He works diligently to discover common ground with
his clients and create tangible action in pursuit of each client’s goals.

Maria Sweeney
Maria is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. Maria enjoys working with clients of all ages but specializes in working with teens and young adults. She has extensive experience working in the telehealth setting and is currently seeing clients through telehealth only. She is interested in helping clients find freedom and relief in their everyday life.
Her experience includes the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, as well as other treatment modalities. Maria works with adolescents, adults and families with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, mood disorders, ADHD, substance misuse as well as school and career stressors.
Maria believes each client has a unique story. She works to match each client with a treatment plan that is specifically designed for each individual case.
